The Creative Process:

• Mail us your original pet snapshots.
• We will digitally scan them into high resolution art files.
• We work with sophisticated graphics software to create an artistic rendering of your pet and upload a proof to the web for your approval.
• If color changes are requested, such as the background change shown above, we will update the proof free of charge one time... (additional or excessive design changes are charged a design fee of $25 per hour).
• Upon final approval, your masterpiece is shipped to you with your original photos.
